I had a good experience at Shangri-La Beijing, with really good service from the staff that truly enhanced my stay. The room was spacious and clean, though it did show signs of age with some outdated amenities. The dining options were plentiful, offering a range to satisfy various tastes, but I did have a bit of trouble during breakfast service on one occasion. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in a well-located hotel with great staff support.
